Who is this service for?

It’s for YOU ! Look, do you want to work on radio? Do you want to be a success on air? Do you want to shine and be as good as you know you can be? Well, that’s the first coaching lesson over !!

What will I learn?

You will learn how to find your own true radio voice and how to direct your listeners to you by thinking like them! Knowing what your listener wants and needs is massive. I have a snappy title for this too: “The Thinking Behind the Talking”. Master that and you’re on the way.

How does it work?

Skype/Phone/Face To Face..it’s all good. We listen to your most recent aircheck and make sure the next one is even better. There’s no time to lose. Remember, there is something to learn from every link we do on air.

But I hate airchecks!

Then you’ve never been airchecked properly ! An aircheck is not about me telling you what to do and barking orders at you. An aircheck is about the two of us discussing you and your skills. It is about you figuring out your style. It is a never ending learning process. Airchecks develop us. They are the key to great presentation……..when done properly. There’s only one ‘you’ on the air…let’s get that ‘you’ out there properly.

Is that it?

Not at all. After each session, I will provide you with a written account of our sessions along with pointers and suggestions. I will also provide you with a new and very specific goal each time. And possibly a biscuit

How long does the training last?

Forever! How long we work together though? I say three or four sessions…you may say more or less than that.

What about Workshops?

We hold Workshops in Ireland and The UK at the moment…Dublin, Dundalk, Cork, Limerick, Clonmel, Belfast, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham etc.  Next up is Europe and South Africa. Keep an eye on the main page here for updates.
