Bmac Media is dedicated to you – the On Air Radio Presenter.

Who is this service for?
I work with people who are studying radio or have recently begun their radio careers (generally with up to three years on air experience). I also love working with established radio presenters as together we move you towards your next Radio Goal.

What will I learn?
It depends on your own personal situation and experience. I can tell you , though, that you will learn how to find your own true radio voice and you will discover how to deliver huge ratings. This we will do by searching through the thinking behind the talking.

How does it work?
I perform face to face or over-the-phone sessions with you. We will listen to your most recent aircheck and discuss it. Remember, there is something to learn from every link we do on air. Together we will discover your style and true voice by delving deep into your personality.

But I hate airchecks!
Then you’ve never been airchecked properly ! An aircheck is not about me telling you what to do. An aircheck is about the two of us discussing you and your skills. It is about you figuring out your style. It is a never ending learning process. Airchecks develop us. They are the key to great presentation……..when done properly.

Is that it?
Not at all. After each session, I will provide you with a written account of our meeting along with pointers and suggestions. I will also provide you with a new and very specific goal each time.

How long does the training last?
Honestly, on air training never ends. We are never finished learning. However, how long you wish us to work together is up to you. You decide what you want to get out of our sessions. It’s your career–you call the shots !
